The COVID 19 pandemic played havoc with Blacktown City Council’s program of festivals and markets.
The Doonside Festival was especially hard hit with official dates being announced and thenpostponed twice, due to COVID restrictions.

But now, Blacktown City Council has partnered with the Doonside Festival Committee and Blacktown City Lions Club in organising the 2021 Doonside Christmas Market.

The Christmas Market will be held on Sunday, December 12 in Doonside, corner of Hill End Roadand Graham Street, from 9.00am to 2.00pm.

A joint statement from Council, the Doonside Festival Committee and Blacktown City Lions Club, called on residents to celebrate your community spirit and pick up some last-minute gifts at the Doonside Christmas Market.

“The market will feature kids rides as well as food trucks and market stalls.”
