COMMUNITY CABINET TO MEET AT RIVERSTONE
THE NSW Government will host a Community Cabinet meeting at Riverstone ion July 23.
The electorate of Riverstone is home to more than100,000 people with suburbs including Acacia Gardens, Grantham Farm, Kellyville Ridge, Nirimba Fields, Parklea, Quakers Hill, Riverstone, Rouse Hill, Schofields, Stanhope Gardens, Tallawong, The Ponds and Vineyard.
Residents, business owners, and those who work in Riverstone and surrounds are encouraged to register to attend the event which will take place on Tuesday, July 23 at the Riverstone Schofields Memorial Club.
A Community Forum, from11:45am to 12:45pm, will give members of the community an opportunity to engage with NSW Premier Chris Minns and Cabinet Ministers about local matters of importance.
People can register to attend the Q&A forum by visitingnsw.gov.au/community cabinet or by phoning02 9228 5188. Registration closes Sunday, July 21.
The Premier and Cabinet Ministers will also meet with representatives from key local organisations during the visit.
This will be the fourth Community Cabinet of the Minns Government following visits to Penrith in July 2023, East Hills in March 2024 and Orange in May 2024.
NSW Premier Chris Minns said: “Community Cabinet creates a direct line of communication between members of my government and the communities we serve.
“We are committed to open communication and collaboration with people and businesses across the state.
“This visit to Riverstone will be the fourth Community Cabinet of our government, with more to come.”
